Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any purchase from Accordant Partners LLP.

1. 14 Day Sales On A Daily Basis Trial

You are entitled to a 14 Day Trial of Sales On A Daily Basis. 30 days from purchase, you will automatically be billed for next month’s membership at £97 +VAT unless you cancel within 30 days. After 30 days, you are free to cancel at any time but you will be charged for the current month.

2. Your Payments to Us

All fees are due monthly in advance by Direct Debit or CHAPs payment. In the event of late payment we will attempt to contact you directly.

Your Sales On A Daily Basis Membership Subscription is due every month, and it will be taken automatically each month until membership is cancelled. In the event of a late payment, we will attempt to process payment using any live payment method to avoid interruption to your membership. If any payment is delayed or overdue, you will lose any preferential or discounted fee that you may be paying and immediately revert to the full standard membership subscription that prevails at that time. In the event of a late payment, for whatever reason, you should contact our Customer Service team immediately on info@accordantpartners.co.uk to make alternative payment arrangements to clear the outstanding amount so your membership continues without interruption.

3. The Legal Bit

This Agreement and all of The Company’s rights here under may be assigned, transferred or otherwise dealt with by the Company and will inure to the benefit of Standing Accordant Partners LLP successors and assignees. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

This Agreement shall be governed by the law of England & Wales. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
