We provide commercial consultancy, sales system design, revenue optimisation and advisory services primarily to sports, hospitality and membership-based organisations.

The scope of any consultancy engagement will be defined in writing via proposal, contract or statement of work.

Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer.

3. Fees & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Consultancy fees are invoiced in advance.

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice.

Fees are exclusive of VAT.

Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Provide access to relevant data, personnel and systems.

Implement agreed recommendations where responsibility sits with the client.

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate information or failure to implement agreed actions.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we exercise reasonable skill and care, commercial performance depends on factors outside our control including market conditions and internal execution.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion or financial outcomes.

6. Membership & Subscription

Sales On A Daily Basis (“SOADB”) is a digital subscription programme delivered via our online platform.

By purchasing SOADB, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated.

7. Trial & Billing

Where a trial period is offered:

You may cancel within the trial period to avoid further charges.

After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew monthly at the stated price until cancelled.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by law.

9. Access & Usage

SOADB content is provided for your internal business use only.

You may not:

Share login details.

Redistribute content.

Resell materials.

Copy, reproduce or publish materials without written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, documents, methodologies and content provided by Accordant Partners remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients and members are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercially sensitive information disclosed during an engagement.

This obligation survives termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Data Protection
